Registration

The registration form was sent to the NCS mailing list. Please contact your National Secretary in order to access the registration form. For additional information regarding the registration, please contact the SID Coordinator - Ágata Nicolau Costa (agatanicolaucosta@googlemail.com).

Fees

Single room - 340 €
Double room - 290 €

The registration fee includes all meals, accommodation and local transport, including pick-up and drop-off at Bratislava International Airport. Fee does not include transfers from other airports.

Registration will close on 10^th April at midnight (CET). Each Member Country or Co-operating Institution will have the right to send five participants. If you wish to have more participants please contact directly the SID-Coordinator.

Payment of the SID fee has to be made by bank transfer until 17^th April. It is mandatory for all the participants to send the proof of payment by email to the National Committee of Slovakia - nc@iaeste.sk.

Hotel bookings will be made on your behalf by IAESTE Slovakia based on the information given on the registration form. Please do not contact the hotel directly. If you wish to book additional nights at the hotel, please contact the organizers at sid@iaeste.sk and we will be happy to arrange it with the hotel.
